FAQ

  • HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN BE IN A PRIVATE GROUP?
Private groups are for anywhere from 1-10 persons. If you would like to inquire about joining up with another private tour group so as to share the costs, or if your group has more than 10 people, please get in touch with us.
  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF A PRIVATE GUIDE OR TOP EXPERT?
The prices are for the guide and itinerary support for a single tour ONLY. On this page, we have shared an idea of some of the usual costs required to complete an itinerary. These are an extra cost you will be expected to pay for, if your custom itinerary includes an entrance fee, transportation, or eating out. If you would like additional support services, or complete travel and itinerary planning and assistance, learn more about the full suite of services we offer here.
  • SPECIAL ACCESS AND UNIQUE UPGRADES
Any of the above tickets can be upgraded to allow for access to special (closed or reserved) sections of a museum or archeological site. There are also possibilities for semi-private or private access before or after hours. Finally, you can also join any one of the charitable support groups that support the preservation, restoration, and ongoing sharing of these incredible cultural resources. Any of these upgrades will allow for you to enjoy an enhanced or upgraded visiting experience. Please contact us if you want to splurge on and/or support these incredible immersive experiences.
  • HOW DO WE PAY THE COSTS NECESSARY TO COMPLETE OUR CUSTOM, PRIVATE ITINERARY?
When we discuss with you on the phone or via email, and in your final custom itinerary pdf, we will make it clear which costs you will be responsible for paying onsite (usually in cash) yourself. For any tickets or arrangements that require prior booking, we will be happy to reserve and pay for these tickets on your behalf, after having already invoiced you for these costs and received your payments for such. Please note: most all museum and archeological sie entrance tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable once booked. This is not the policy of Martyrian nor SeetheSacred, but a policy put in place by the c cultural sites themselves. Thank you for understanding.
  • HOW DO WE PAY IN USD (or currency other than €)?
We will use the commercial bank conversion rate from € to $ (or any other currency of your choice) on the date of invoice. This converted charge is done for your additional convenience, and therefore your final costs will be invoiced in your local currency.
